Membership

How much notice is required to cancel my membership?

Per our Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your Membership Agreement at any time with a 60-day written notice to The Health Bank. In the event you terminate the Agreement prior to your Anniversary Date, no portion of the Registration Fee or Membership Fee will be refunded to you, and we will retain all such amount.

Can I still access my medical record portal if I cancel my membership?

Yes, you will still have access to your portal within the Notice period of cancellation.

I am well connected and know reputable doctors and hospitals. What can The Health Bank membership do for me?

The Health Bank membership offers you more than just reputable physicians and facilities. Our Care Coordinators act as your personal health assistant, while our universal electronic health record gives you peace of mind that no matter where you are in the world the physician you are seeing knows your medical past and present. In addition, you can rest assured that no matter where in the world you are, we’re always here to support you, connect you with a physician over the phone, or coordinate urgent medical attention or evacuations.  

How does The Health Bank work with my insurance provider?

The Health Bank work alongside your insurance provider, but we do not replace. When requested, we can refer you to healthcare providers within your network, and/or give you options both within and out of your network.
